Support Scouts

For more than a century, Scouting has fuelled futures, fired young people’s imaginations and helped shape the future of society.

As a for-purpose organisation, we depend on the support of the public to help us continue providing the life-changing benefits of Scouting to children and young people in NSW.

By donating to Scouts, you are investing in our State’s future community leaders. Each and every contribution is an investment in vital initiatives that give young people the opportunity to experience Scouting and benefit from the character building, responsibility and self reliance that it offers.

Scouts NSW has more than 450 Groups offering exciting programs to young people. Programs that make a difference. You can read how participating in Scouts builds resilience here.

As a registered charity, you can make a tax-deductible donation (over $2) to Scouts NSW through the links below. You can choose to make a General Donation or one specifically for the Family Support Fund.

Thank you for your support!

Bequests

About Bequests

A Bequest is a gift and can be anonymous if you wish. It is an instruction contained within your will that specifically reserves part of an estate for a particular beneficiary.

A Bequest to Scouts NSW

Your support will contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

A Bequest to Scouts NSW will contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.

How you can help us

For many years, Bequests have ensured the continual development of young people in NSW. Bequests can be directed to a specific area within our organisation or contribute to the overall development of the Movement.

All Bequest matters are treated with the utmost respect and kept in the strictest confidence.

If you wish to discuss further aspects of leaving a Bequest to Scouts NSW (full name: The Scouts Association of Australia NSW Branch), you can contact us on (02) 9735 9000 or email the office of the Chief Executive Officer at ceo@nsw.scouts.com.au
