Our Venturer Scouts are powerful agents of change - and this is particularly true of our 2020 Venturer Scout of the Year finalists Toby, Luke and Thomas!

As one of the founding members of the State Venturer Council, Toby played an integral role in the running of Vertigo, a youth-led major event for Venturers across the State.

Luke spent almost 100 hours of his Christmas holiday period actively fighting the Werri Berri and Badja Forest Road fires, whilst regularly checked on the welfare of other members of 1st Cobargo Scout Group when they were evacuated from their homes.

Thomas is an active member of the NSW Rural Fire Service in both Sutherland Communications and Engadine Rural Fire Brigades and as a support member for RFS State Level Training activities.

We are constantly amazed by their passion and determination to make a difference within our communities and beyond. Congratulations!
